We are only 16 days away from the Harp Marathon. Anxiety has started to set in a bit.
My goal for the last weeks has been getting enough music comfortably learned to fill at least 4 hours. It looks like I am close to that number. Fortunately, I have the entire week before the marathon off from work, so I should be able to get all the music down solid. That week will be for rehearsing the set list and getting everything together that I need for the day.
I AM excited. This is huge. The scope of what I am trying to do has finally set in.
I only need 3 more people to volunteer as witnesses. I need to start emailing the paperwork to everyone so they can look it over beforehand. I won’t be able to answer any questions the day of, so it will be interesting trying to get all the information to the people who need it. This is huge.
I also need to get the streaming aspect organized before the day.
