Well, this is the very first post. Part of me thought it would be a good idea to plan out what to say first then post it, but I tend to overthink things.

Mainly I’m starting this for myself, a little side project to keep me busy. I have a book of originally blank sheet music that I’ve filled over the years. I was digging through old boxes when I found it and decided that I should see if I can make anything interesting out of the old phrases and scribbles I found.

My goal initially was to see if I can come up with at least one new idea per day but I’ll start out with three to five per week first. I have WAY too many instruments in my house right now: harp, piano, a few guitars, a mandolin, and a viola. We’ll start with those (although I don’t REALLY know how to play some of them) and see what I can come up with.  🙂
